All sessions/pop up events and birthdays held by Nature sensory play are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled by the booker. For sessions and pop up events being held outside you will be notified via email at 7pm the night before for reschedule to the following week. Please check your email and junk mail the night before this is your responsibility, Please do not schedule an appointment if you do not wish this to occur.

If you do not receive and email the night before,
